I was pleased to work with the lovely model Heidi for a vintage clothing shoot.
The first session she modeled a 1974 Bernard Freres shantung silk couture dress in the Chinoisiere style. She also modeled a 1964 Myer Kahan mod-style dinner suit.
That couture dress is heavenly! Where in the world did you manage to find it? I’m jealous!
Hi – that dress came from the estate of a woman who was a model for Marimekko in the 1960s. She traveled the world while modeling the clothes and I was able to purchase several of her vintage clothing items from the period.
